1. To relieve poverty, distress and sickness amongst those people who seek the centre's services, without the distinction of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, prior offending behaviour, disability, or of political, religious or other opinions.
2. To provide premises for non-residential day to day caring facilites for persons who are homeless or socially excluded and to liaise effectively with other organisations (whether statutory, voluntary or otherwise) in maintaining and managing the premises for the activities promoted by the centre.
3. To promote and provide a welcoming atmosphere for those who use the centre's facilities in order to enable service users to engage with the staff in the process of a one to one assessment of their needs.
4. To liaise and work with in partnership with other organisations (whether statutory, voluntary or otherwise) to effectively signpost, refer, access services and educational/training/leisure/leisure facilities for the service users of the centre.
5. To provide core services of food, refreshments, personal hygiene facilities, change of clothes and a listening ear.
